Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We at La Marquise thank you for your patronage and support. We would like to present our Refund and Returns policies and guidelines:

Samples:  

When available, with every one Bioline-Jato retail item purchased, we will give you two complimentary of that particular product. As available, with every one Pevonia retail item purchased, we will give you two complimentary samples of that particular product. We do not sell or give extra samples (except as redeemed through the Bioline Rewards Program). Because they are complimentary, we do not “backorder” samples.

Ordering Policy:      

As a professional skin care distributor, we only sell to licensed cosmetologists, estheticians, massage therapists, salons, day spas, or physicians specializing in skin care.  You must present your license to register at LaMarquise.com. Only licensed estheticians and cosmetologists may order from La Marquise.

Internet Sales Policy:

Bioline-Jato products being sold via the internet, or any other direct to consumer avenue, is strictly prohibited. Bioline is only sold via Salons, Day Spas, or Physicians specializing in skin care.

Pevonia company policy is such that Pevonia products may be sold on the internet. Pevonia reserves the right not to sell products to any account selling Pevonia at discounted prices.  You must first obtain and sign the Pevonia Website Agreement prior to participating in the online selling of Pevonia. Please speak with your Representative for details.

Returns:     

We will accept returns in new and unused condition within 14 days of purchase. It is the responsibility of the salon to call our office and obtain a return authorization number prior to returning the product at the salon’s expense. Any unauthorized items returned to us will be refused and returned at the client’s expense.  Any item accepted for return may be assessed up to a 40% restocking charge. In the event of a return authorization, the original method of payment will be credited. We will issue a UPS Call Tag to pick up items for return if La Marquise is at fault.  If the client is at fault by ordering incorrectly, the item must be returned at their expense.

Expiration Dates, Damaged Goods and Shortages:   

La Marquise utilizes a quality control system to ensure that all products shipped from our warehouse meet our freshness guidelines. Once the products are received by the salon, it is the salon’s responsibility to rotate the product stock in order to avoid having expired products on their shelf.  La Marquise is not responsible for expired products on your shelf; nor would we exchange or refund products on your shelf that have expired, or are expiring within six (6) months.

Your La Marquise order is checked for accuracy. If there are any discrepancies or concerns regarding your shipment, please notify us within three (3) working days of receipt.  La Marquise will not be held responsible for any claims or questions regarding missing items, incorrect items, or expiration dates not addressed within this time frame.  If the box is damaged, notify us immediately.  We will notify the carrier (UPS, etc) directly.  Save all packaging materials until the matter is resolved.

Ordering Procedures:    

Please be sure your order is complete prior to phoning in to our office.  If, after placing an order, you need to “add on” additional products, please phone the office as soon as possible. If your original box has not yet been packed, we will include those “add on” items to your original order.  If it is too late to add products to the existing order, we will ship the new items in a separate box which will be subject to new shipping charges.  

Prepaid orders over $750.00 (excluding equipment), and containing less than three (3) cases, will be shipped free of UPS Ground shipping charges throughout the continental U.S. 

Drop shipping to third party customers is not allowed.

We always strive to offer products as they are priced and/or pictured in our online store.  Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, an item will vary in actuality from the item that is pictured.  In these instances, we reserve the right to substitute the item under current manufacturer specifications.

In conclusion, we at La Marquise sincerely value your patronage and will continue to strive to offer the finest products and service in the esthetic industry.  We ask your assistance in adhering to these policies so that we may extend superior customer service to all of our clients.
