Supply or Equipment Ordering Policies and Procedures
As a professional skin care distributor, we only sell to licensed estheticians and/or cosmetologists performing facials in salons, salon owners, or physicians specializing in skin care. We will not sell to other salon personnel (hairstylists, receptionists, etc.) or those working in their homes. We only ship to salon addresses. If using the shopping cart, we will cancel your order and refund your payment if you do not provide us with a legitimate salon name and salon shipping address.
We only ship to the continental United States - we do not ship internationally.
**If you are ordering from Hawaii or Alaska, please place your orders with us by telephone; as additional UPS shipping charges will be applied. Paypal orders for these states will not be accepted.
All orders placed business days by 12:00 noon, Central Time, will be shipped the same day, excluding holidays. We ship via UPS. Prepaid orders over $750 (excluding equipment) will be shipped free of shipping charges throughout the continental U.S. Shipping charges will be a percentage of the order total on those orders under $750.00.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.

Pevonia Ordering Policies and Procedures
Those salons wishing to carry Pevonia must first complete a Prospective Customer Survey. You may phone us at (800) 633-7498 for the survey. Once you have responded to our survey, we will become better informed and able to assist and identify your salon's needs. Upon receipt of the completed survey, we will send you additional detailed Pevonia materials; including opening order information and Pevonia samples formulated specifically for your skin type.
We are also pleased to offer Pevonia product knowledge and step by step training; either at your salon and/or our training centers located in Houston, Texas and Denver, Colorado. If training is requested prior to placing a Pevonia opening order, the fee is $200.00. If you place an opening order of a minimum of $3000.00 within 30 days of the training class, we will deduct the $200.00 fee from your opening order invoice.
The minimum Pevonia opening order is $3000.00 and requires two days of educational training; and, all reorders must be $100.00. In addition, any salon carrying Pevonia products must purchase products from us at least once during every six month period in order to be an active salon. Those not purchasing Pevonia products during a six month period will be required to place a new $3000.00 opening order if they wish to carry Pevonia.
